Do I have to be a landlord to invest in real estate? Absolutely not. There are MANY other ways to invest in real estate, other than being a landlord.
Do I have to be a millionaire to invest in real estate? Nope. Lots of people invest without being millionaires.
How hands on do I have to be with my real estate investment property? As hands on as you want to be. If you want to be hands off, we can help you make that happen. If you want to be involved, we’ll help you get set up for success.
How much can I make from my real estate investment? The short answer is it all depends. The long answer involves answers to all of these questions. What are you buying? How much are you spending? What’s it going to make? How much is property management? All the things. What I can assure you is that you will know, I will get you these numbers, BEFORE you purchase your investment, so you have an idea of how your income property will cash flow.
What else do I need to know? There’s so much. Too much to write here. What I will tell you is the same thing I tell all of my clients, I know A LOT about investing in real estate, and I will get to know A LOT about the property you might buy. I will do my very best to give you as much information as possible to help you make the best decision possible.
